“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren. Moreover, whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified” (Romans 8:28-30)
Good news! If you love God, no matter what happens, you know that “all things will work together for good.”
Why? Because you are called according to His purpose.
What is His Purpose? God’s purpose is to “conform you to the image of His Son.”
It is predestined to be so. No matter what you go through as a child of God; good, bad, or ugly, it will make you more like Jesus.
The trials build character and that character is the character of God. If you go through trials without knowing Christ, you just become a character. God has done great things for you. Among others, He called you, justified you, and glorified you. Amen!
